Kumho Road Venture SAT KL61
Initial Review: 1,100 miles on tires
December 05, 2011

Purchased and had these tires installed in early October in advance of a trip to Virginia. I changed to these tires after reading all the reviews and information available, and they've so far performed greatly. They provide great traction on wet surfaces, I feel no hesitation or lack of grip when starting on a wet surface. I am also pleased with how well these tires did in a muddy situation in October. The self clearing tread and tread design allowed me to get through a muddy area in Virginia, while bigger and newer SUVs and trucks were finding it nearly impossible to get traction. The design of the tread on this tire made all the difference, and because the tread does not get clogged with mud or snow, these tires perform better than any others that I've used on this vehicle.
