Initial Review, 46,000 Miles on Tires I have the 225/40/18 tires with a smaller sidewall so I am sure this affects the harder ride in comparison to OEM sizes. That aside, this has been a great commuter tire for all seasons in NE from below zero temperatures to 110 degrees in the summer. These tires even survived a crash my car was in where the rims took a hard blow to the curb. Traction seems very good however the AWD may deserve most of the credit. Cosmetically these tires aren't anything great to look at however if you put them on a daily driving vehicle it really will not make a difference. I commute about 85 miles a day so the 46K miles I put on these tires was in about 15 months. I want to try some Continentals next however I would still recommend these to friends.
