Initial Review, 1,500 Miles on Tires These tires are great for the money. Sure, you can spend more and get better, but these are perfectly acceptable for average-to-spirited driving styles. The only proper downside is that thye're prone to flatspotting (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=42) if the vehicle is stationary for more than 2 days. But that goes away within the first 2 miles of driving. Otherwise, they're great fun. Stable, responsive, & quiet. They handle aggressive turns in stride. In Cali we have grooves in the highways for added wet traction which cause certain tires to wander and pull, these don't suffer from that in any way, and they have fine traction on wet surfaces without much hydroplaning.
