Initial Review, 3,200 Miles on Tires These are great tires. Saying "A great tire for money" makes them sound "cheap." These are great tires. Inexpensive, probably because they're made in Korea. I had the "C" word. I've got a friend who has a high-end car shop and these are the tires he recommends his customers. I don't work for the tire company. Labor costs are different overseas. These tires ride well, corner well, everything. I'm an agressive driver. I drive alot. I had Dunlops before, and they seem to have more sidewall blowouts than any tire I've had. No fixing those. BOOM. They're finished. Crazy bad tires. I trust these Kuhmos. Buy them again in a heart beat. 205/50R-16 KUMHO ECSTA 4X The guy at TIRERACK made the suggestion to upgrade to this tire. Great choice. As good a any Goodyear or Michelin I ever had, and costs less, too. This is compounded rubber, not rocket science. Just less labor costs. OK...so I didn't buy American. Big whoop. My bad. But I don't make alot of money. I had a local guy mount & balance the tires for $10 ea., which incl. removing the other tires and disposal charge. Another great deal. Again, a super tire to ride on!
