Initial Review, 275 Miles on Tires Ran C51 compound for the first time at Watkins Glen. The tires were not heat-cycled at the Tire Rack. First session (~30miles) the tires were very slippery and vauge, as the mold release was burned off. From then on, excellent! Tires cameup to temps quickly and were very predictable. Traction was high, with a clean, smooth breakaway into a slide. They got hot after 25-30 minutes, but they did not abruptly fall off. Wear was about what I expected.
