Follow-Up Review: 32,000 miles on tires

Just resubmitting. Checked all my options. Going to buy these tires again for the winter. Have 40% tread, but not taking any chances, could make it thru the winter, but....$50 rebate makes them a steal. Still the best tires for a passenger car you can buy!
Initial Review: 5,000 miles on tires

Bought these Hankooks after seeing the reviews. The high scores were right on. I've owned several cars and 8 types of tires in the 17 years I've lived here and these are by far the best. Michelin, Bridgestone, Yoko's...nothing compares. I live in the Blue Ridge mountains where there are no straight or level roads and after this winter I can tell you, I was amazed at the grip these tires gave me. If you ride on these, you won't need snow tires again. No apparent wear yet, quiet, smooth and handle well. I don't push this car hard, but these tires got up steep windy roads when my neighbor's $60,000 SUV failed. The only downside might be a loss of 1 mpg from the OEM Michelins. Seldom do you get such a quality product at such a great price.
