I purchased a new Sonata Turbo that come with these tires. I kept them for 3 days and 150 miles. After the first rainstorm, they went in the trash. I could not pull away from a stop sign or light in the rain without the traction control having a seizure. If I turned it off, the car just sat there and spun. Braking was just as bad. There was no way to stop without the ABS going crazy in the rain. Only a very gentle stop would keep the ABS out of the loop. I have to say that in 41 years of driving, these are the absolutely worse tires I have ever tried to drive on. I have no clue what the snow traction is like. I couldn't live with them long enough to find out. So yes, I bought new tires for a three day old new car.
In case you think it was me or the car, the replacement tires were Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3's. All of the above problems disappeared. Only in the snow has the traction control and ABS intervened. And I've now been through 12.5 inches of unplowed snow to get to work.
So if your thinking of putting these on your car, you'd be better off going to a junkyard and picking up a set of completely bald tires with the cords hanging out - they will give you just as good wet weather performance as this pitiful excuse of a tire.
