Follow-Up Review: 63,000 miles on tires
March 18, 2014
This is my second set of Wrangler Silent Armor tires. I replaced my first set of the tires after 38,000 miles with winter weather on the doorstep. I could have driven a few more thousand miles if snow was not in my future. My second set of tires has developed excess noise after 18,000 miles while treadwear is even. Snow traction is still excellent with these tires but I expect to replace these tire this summer with about 35,000 miles. I will not be replacing with Silent Amor tires again.
Initial Review: 31,000 miles on tires

Great tire for all types of road coditions. Best tire I have owned for snow covered roads. Noticable drop in fuel economy when these tires replaced the factory installed Goodyear SR-As. Treadwear has been lower than expected, based on current wear I expect to be replacing these tires in 4-months at 36,000 miles.
