Goodyear Eagle RS-A
Follow-Up Review: 30,001 miles on tires
I had to update the review of these tires because I noticed that the overall review I did on my replacement tires (Pirelli 255-60-19 Verde's) was only a 1.3 points higher originally. The truth is the Pirelli's are a night and day improvement over the GY RSA's. No comparison between the 2 tires. If you live in an environment where you encounter light snow and ice, you owe it to yourself and your family and friends to upgrade to the Pirelli Verdes.
Initial Review: 30,000 miles on tires
Thes came standard on my new GMC Acadia. My 2002 Audi A6 Avant quattro may have spoiled me because I did a lot research in selecting a set of replacement tires for it. The Audi is an absolute tank in the snow. Though, I suspect the Acadia's AWD system it not quite as good as quattro, the Acadia with the GY RSA's is really disappointing. Hope to remedy that with a set of replacement tires of a different brand.
