Goodyear Assurance TripleTred All-Season
Initial Review: 7,000 miles on tires
May 09, 2012

Replaced the Eagle RSA's with these after the first snowfall. The OEM tires totally ----ed for this climate (Canadian Prairie)
The RSA's were probably made for Florida/Cali/SanFran kind of roads.

Anyway, the Assurance Tripletreads are a very good all season tire for a variety of road conditions. I'd rate them as quite a bit better than average tires.

These Tire look very good, are pretty good in snow and ice in a bitterly cold climate, are pretty quiet on the highway and the handling is awesome. They show no signs of wear after 7000 miles in 3 years.

The Mazda 3GT is a fairly lightweight and nimble car and that may be a contributing factor in their longevity. (Perhaps Mazda would use these as original equipment... it would make sense?)

I'd recommend these tires. In fact I'd put them on my other vehicle if they were available in the correct size for it.
