Initial Review, 78,000 Miles on Tires
Very solid tire. My other vehicle is a 2008 Corvette and am very familiar with the expected handling of Goodyear high-performance tires. These definitely did not let me down. Since this car (Nissan) is built on an Infinity sports car chassis, it only makes sense to drive it that way. These tires not only hold fast during extreme cornering, they do so in the rain as well. I do not drive in snow or ice, so cannot speak to that, however, even as the tires aged, I expected significantly reduced traction in wet weather. Wet weather traction is top notch. These tires are designed to wear properly as you stack up the miles and as such, you should not notice a significant loss of traction as you would with a high-performance tire. I would buy these tires again (just did) and would recommend them to friends. Also the noise level is equivalent to a gran touring tire, very quiet and smooth feeling.
