I replaced my OE Eagle RSA's with Comfortread touring based, primarily, upon the expected extended tread life. The RSA's wore out at 45,000. I was pleasantly surprised with the feel of the Comfortreads and the handling and look, as well. The ride improved markedly with no noticeable decrease in performance. While I am not an autocross racer, I think I drive fairly aggressively. So far, i have not noticed any difference in handling. Goodyear includes a compound to keep the tires from fading to the dull black/gray that afflicts so many tires and these look good as new after a year and 14,000 miles. can't say enough good things, other than the price premium paid for Goodyear name. The treadlife warranty, will, hopefully, make it worth it.
