Initial Review, 600 Miles on Tires

General Tire has always been a brand I wouldn't even consider. My notion of General was they're cheap-black-and round, they hold air and will probably dry rot off the rims long before the tread wears out.

So far so good, the traction is very good in the dry and excellent in the wet which is probably my biggest concern here in Florida with our summer downpours. The handling is good but I can't be critical about it as the vehicle is an old turd work truck. One thing I did notice is how quiet they are.

So, my opinion of General tires has changed and hopefully they'll last as long and deliver great service as the Yokohama's they replaced. Time will tell.
