Right now , I only have the rear tires for my car , they've proven to be an excellent choice. I received them 3 weeks before Maryland had it's first snow. I also have a better understanding on why we're not to mix tires,. You see, I still have the OEM Pirelli's on the front and while driving in the snow I was making a left turn at an estimated 5mph , when I found myself sliding toward a foot high curb.
I was about 2ft from hitting it, before I was able to make corrective action (while praying). While continuing my remaining 15
MIle journey home, I saw several other camaros, chargers and even a Miata that wasn't able to move on on some of the flat surfaces on route 40 east let alone the steep hill in Joppa, md. I also saw a 2013 camaro on a rollback with no notable damage. I just figured he still had the factor OEM's. All in all a good tire (AS-03's). So are the Pirelli's for the summer.
