Initial Review, 20,000 Miles on Tires

I find this to be an excellent tire on dry pavement. It tracks straight and hangs on to corners regardless of speed. On wet roads it almost doesn't notice the water and never hydroplanes. With the 45 series sidewall I don't noticed any sidewall flex while cornering, although it's just soft enough to soften expansion joints. While usually quiet, it can be noisy on some road surfaces.
Performance drops off quickly when the outside temperature drops to near freezing, so on those days I drive normally. On the one day I drove on a light snow this tire had no grip whatsoever, but then it is a summer only tire. I have dedicated winter wheels & tires and only I rotate them when I put them back on in the spring, and I check the pressure regularly (36 psi).
Performance has been consistent over the life of the tire, the tread wear is even across the tire and between all tires and at 20,000 kms it looks like I've only used half of their life.

For the price, this is an excellent tire. It's as good as (in the dry) or better (in the wet) than the BF-Goodrich Comp T-A HR4's that I had previously. Although the HR4 is an all season tire, it was also twice the price.
These look to be a discontinued tire, otherwise I would buy them again. Strangely though, CT here in Canada carries them. I would also consider it's replacement, the General Tire G-MAX AS-03.
