Mostly would like to comment on winter performance of this tire. This rear wheel drive car is not noted for great winter performance and up until now I was afraid to take it out of my driveway in winter weather. Put 2 RT43s on the rear drive wheels and now this car is my go to vehicle in winter weather. We have had 3 major storms and these tires have pushed this car thru snow, snow covered ice, ice , and frozen slush. They have also pushed this car up snow covered hills from a standing start. I have Yokohama avids on a Grand Marquis and they have stranded me in a snow storm. The Tire Rack survey on the Yokohama avid is accurate on its poor winter performance. The RT43s have exceeded my expectations and would like to say this is about as good as it gets for winter performance from an all season tire.
