Initial Review, 40,000 Miles on Tires I always use Tire Rack to do research before purchasing tires. I've had good luck wih Michelins and Avons on this car. But these Generals turned the car from being very good on ice and snow to great! The car is virtually unstoppable (except when I want it to stop)in ice and snow. These tires inspire a great deal of confidence and actually make it fun to go out in ice and snow!
