Initial Review, 500 Miles on Tires Awesome snow tire. Not only was it one of the cheaper tires in my size, but one of the best reviewed - and I can see why. My rear wheel drive BMW got around our recent 6" one day snow accumulation as good as any of the 4wd trucks I've had in the past. Ice performance isn't as good as a Blizzak but the rubber compound looks like it will last a heck of a lot longer than a Blizzak. It is a beast of a tire in the snow, and is still very quiet on the highway. The ride is very good, handling is diminished from my summer tires, but this is not sold as a performance tire so I can't hold that against it.
