Follow-Up Review: 10,000 miles on tires
December 13, 2013
I didn't use them at all during the winter of 2012 because there simply wasn't enough snow. Prior to that, they lived up to and often exceeded my expectations. With snow and ice on the highways, the trucklet felt secure and stable and I passed many cars that were in the ditch. The more I drove on these tires, the better I liked them. I'll be getting another set for my wife's Prius. Another plus is that it won't break the bank to buy them. A++ in my book

I neglected to rate the tire for its performance on ice. I would have rated it a 9 out of 10
Initial Review: 3,000 miles on tires
February 08, 2010

I've driven in all weather and road conditions and this tire has been excellent and exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I have ever used a dedicated winter tire and the difference between its performance and the all season tires I use the rest of the time is amazing. I went down a size in tire from the 225-65-17's I use for non-winter driving and am glad I did. These tires are an excellent value especially when compared to tires in their class.
