These are simply amazing. Other winter tires I have used include Blizzaks and Nokian WRGs. These are better. Granted, I am driving a Subaru Outback, which has no problem getting through the snow. However, AWD does not help you stop or corner. These tires make a night and day difference in snowy weather. With my all-seasons (Goodyear Tripletreds), the ABS goes crazy and stopping distance is, well... Dangerous. The car also wants to understeer quite a bit. With the Altimax tires mounted, it drives almost as it does on dry pavement. It constantly brings a smile to my face as I pass all the people who are crawling along with white knuckles.

I will buy these again.
