Initial Review, 5,000 Miles on Tires I OWN A FULLY RESTORED 1981 CHEVY SHORT BED K10 WITH A BUILT 350.THE TRANNY IS ALSO BUILT WITH A HIGH PERFORMANCE PUMP AND STALL,AND IS EQUIPED WITH 308 POSI MILITARY DANA AXLES.I DRIVE THIS TRUCK HARD AND NEARLY EVERYDAY.I ALSO USE THE TRUCK FOR STRETCHING FENCE ,PULLING LOGS,CAR SHOWS,AND HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE MOUNTAIN TWICE.EVERY CHALLENGE I HAVE GIVEN TO THESE TIRES THEY HAVE PASSED.THEY STILL LOOK BRAND NEW AND THE TREAD WEAR IS UNREAL.I EXPECTED THEM TO SHOW WEAR ALREADY AND THEY HAVE NOT.I BOUGHT THESE TIRES A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND HAVE YET TO EVEN PUT AIR IN THEM.I GUESS THE MOST SUPRISING THING IS THAT THERE IS NOT VERY MUCH ROAD NOISE AND THEY RIDE SMOOTH.NEEDLES TO SAY MY NEXT SET OF TIRES WILL BE THESE.
