Firestone Destination LE 2
Initial Review: 3,300 miles on tires
February 12, 2013

I have used passenger car tires on my Ranger since buying it used seven years ago. The Goodyear Wranglers on the Ranger were good for the National Forest Roads and the like I do often travel. Otherwise the Wranglers were not comfortable; noisy, unpredictable, harsh, and terrible on ice. The Firestone Destination is the best tire I have found for my purposes. It's good on ice, awesome in all kinds of snow, and very smooth and controlled on the highway. As for the National Forest Roads this summer, I avoid trying to 4 wheel with my 2 wheeler. I see no reason these bad-boys won't be quite comfortable slowly rolling through back country.
