Initial Review, 5,000 Miles on Tires I recently purchased 4 Firestone Destination LE-2..This tire got recommended to be by the sales person .Ive always had michelins on my truck due to my huge mileage of any tire I buy. I decided to go with these firestones because 1) the cost and 2) the durability. I drive about 1000 per month and I am in a cold climate but drive almost 80 percent highway.I was tired of getting new tires and paying well over $1000 for michelins..from the wear Ive seen I will definitely buy this tire again. It has been 5000 miles and not one 32/nd tread has been lost. It get s excellent wet weather resistance and excellent ice traction. Love it. And I saved 200 bucks buy buying them.
