Initial Review, 28,000 Miles on Tires In 42 years of driving, this is undoubtedly the finest set of tires I have ever owned. I have owned top of the line Goodyear, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Uniroyal, and Kelly-Springfield. No other tire I've owned outperforms these tires in terms of quiet, smooth ride, tread wear, responsiveness and sure footedness in wet weather. No other tires I have used even comes close to giving me the confidence I have in the performance of these tires in wet weather. I purchase premium tires because I need to feel safe while driving regardless of the weather and at whatever speed I am driving.. The Firestone Affinity Touring tire give me that confidence.
