	Initial Review, 13,000 Miles on Tires August 28, 2012 These were my summer tires for a commute from the high desert of Nevada to the mountain town near Truckee/Tahoe. Liked the tire pretty good except for the wear. I swap out with Mastercraft studded winter tires so this is a 2-3 season for me. Had enough wet/light snow traction to keep them on in the shoulder seasons until I committed to the studs. These got rotated and checked for pressure a lot. Did not last as long as I would have liked although I have yet to buy a tire for this vehicle that has. Yoko S-Drives were the worst, about to try some Kumho ASTs. I drive HARD, take corners HARD and the freeway is rough and rutted on my daily drive. Not exactly ideal conditions for a tire. Also although I get the WRX an alignment tuning by race techs every so often I chew through right fronts bad. I did try them in deep snow once or twice because I wasn't ready to switch to studs yet (Sierra storms are not predictable always) and it's not something I'd recommend to those not SUPER comfortable driving in such conditions.
