Initial Review, 14,000 Miles on Tires Tire came as o/e on this car and for normal driving is just fine. I have to agree with most other reviews about it's pluses and minuses. It's a good 3 season tire with predictable performance in dry conditions and wet too. I do not have any trouble in wet conditions as some of the other reviewers do. I rarely push it hard in corners, but the few times i have it's adhesion is progressive and predictable. A person who drives much more aggressively may not agree. As i stated they are a good THREE season tire, and that's where the problem is. On snow (light or deep) or ice they are awful!! And keep in mind this is on a car with all-wheel drive! Calling these tires "all-season" is a stretch. After 14,000 miles, they still look new so wear isn't a problem. So after these wear out would i buy another set? Until i read the other reviews and saw how expensive they are i would have said maybe. But because of their lousy performance on snow (I live in Wisconsin) and high cost; like the other reviewers i'll probably look elsewhere. If i lived in a part of this country where it never or seldom snowed i just might buy another set. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire |
