HUGE improvement over the OEM Michelin run-flats. With the run-flats, it was like trying to run a 100 yard dash while wearing galoshes. The Dunlops restore the ability to enjoy the spirited performance native to BMW's (yes, even a 6,000 pound X5 SAV).

Treadwear has been a pleasant surprise -- now at 32,000 miles, and have probably 10,000 more to go before prudent replacement. (The OEM Michelins were at the wear bars at 25,000 miles.) Only negative - we got some snow this winter, and they were not great in anything over an inch or two. But in northern Alabama, that is such a rare occurrence as to be insignificant. Up north, where I used to live, I'd probably swap these out in the winter for some dedicated snow tires.

Bottom line -- if you have OEM run-flats on your BMW, UPGRADE to these Dunlops, and get superior performance for less than half the price. Highly recommended!!!
