Initial Review, 1,500 Miles on Tires This set of tires replaced a horribly loud set of Goodyear Assurance Triple Treads on my wife's van. The Contis are have minimal road noise so we can now converse and listen to the stereo at a reasonable volume. Traction in the wet is as good as the Goodyears. In the dry, the tires are smooth and comfortable. However, they have some squirm with steering inputs on rougher roads and steering response is a little dull compared to the Triple Treads.
