Initial Review: 10,000 miles on tires
March 13, 2013

Amazing treadwear, after 10,000 miles, including two driving schools and two autocross days, the tires look great -- D, W, S markings all clearly visible and no chunking of tread blocks. With that wear resistance, the tires do not keep up with sticky rubber on the track, but that's not my objective. Tires are confident on wet asphalt and light snow, very predictable in all conditions.
The car is actually a BMW 318ti, with an M3 engine and front suspension, running staggered tires -- 225/45R17 front and 245/40R17 rear.
