Initial Review, 500 Miles on Tires So the ProContacts are history and finally I'm on the same Extreme DWS that I put on my wife's car (4Motion wagon). I really like these tires and have rated them slightly higher for cornering/steering than I did on her car probably due to the different profile (45 vs 55). I have added a couple of PSI to the VW recommended and they are just what I'd hoped. Head and shoulders above the OEM ContiProContact.
