Initial Review, 300 Miles on Tires Just put these tires on my Vibe after replacing the OEM Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires. I had the Goodyears siped right after buying the car and was pleased in general with those tires in every area except deep snow traction. These new Conti tires really improve the driving experience, however. I have put 300 miles on them and am very pleased so far in dry and wet conditions. I have not yet experienced them in snow. Immediately noticeable is improved on-center feel and a perception of better grip. I think this comes from a slighly heavier steering feel with these tires. They are equally quiet on the road compared with the Goodyears despite the more aggressive tread pattern. In the rain, they are superior to the Goodyears for traction. At a corner I drive everyday to and from work, exiting a roundabout, the inside front tire did not spin in the rain (which always sets off the traction control) as I exited the corner like the Goodyears did all the time. On dirt roads (I drive about 3 miles on dirt as part of my daily commute) they do not wander on loose rock like the Goodyears did, but give a stable confidence-inspiring feel. I'm anxious to evaluate them in the snow. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire | ||||
