Initial Review: 34,000 miles on tires
July 01, 2012

After 34,000 miles of mainly highway driving plus two autocross days, these tires will need replacement soon. Dry traction and cornering performance were alright, but not great like my previous Bridgestone RE960AS tires were. They did perform very well in wet conditions and light snow. Ride quality remained smooth throughout service life, but noise level increased after about 20,000 miles. It never became unbearable, but it's enough to prevent me from buying these again. Overall these were an OK tire for the money, but there are better options in this class. I'll be replacing them with a set of Bridgestone RE970AS tires.
