Initial Review: 12,500 miles on tires

Replaced Conti Sport Contact 3s with these DWs. They are not as soft, and are much louder. At one point a thought i needed a front wheel bearing, it was just the tire. Positive experience with these tires though, they are very responsive, give you plenty of confidence in the corners and have great dry traction. My car has a lot of tourque off the line, these tires hold pretty well with the traction control on or off. I only hesitated with painted lines in wet conditions, the tire did not respond well to those. I now have about 12.5k on them with little tread left, so i would say the wear met my expectations. Great tire, but would still reccomend the Sport Contact 3 over these DWs.
