Follow-Up Review: 1,500 miles on tires
At 1500 miles on these tires I still have not pushed them very much. My overall impression is that these are very comparable in every way to the PS2s. These tires have the letters D and W etched into the tread, a feature that I think is a marketing tool to sell tires. This is dorky - who needs it? Oh well, these tires still seem like a good value. For my driving (99+% on the street) these tires are exceeding my expectations.
Initial Review: 300 miles on tires
Tires are new - so this review is mainly about the aesthetics and the atmospherics. These tires do look good. I do not notice any differences from the Michelin PS2s that were replaced. Admitedly, I am still breaking in these tires and so I'm driving mildly for now. Road noise and road feel are comparable to the PS2s. I will update this review later. FWIW the buying experience with TR was superb. Mounting by the local Porsche dealer was seamless. Great way to buy tires.
