Initial Review, 7,500 Miles on Tires These tires certainly fit the character of the R32 - they are high speed, German touring tires. They maintain traction under very serious braking force, and always feel sure-footed and progressive, if not the fastest responding. They do ride firmly in an XL-spec, especially on this car. I would rate them above the Bridgestone RE 050 my old GTI had, and probably not quite to the level of the Michelin PS2 that my 987 Boxster had.
