Initial Review, 13,100 Miles on Tires These tires came with the car, I didn't pay for them. As stock tires, they are acceptable but not overly impressive. Dry grip and cornering are very, very good, especially for low-resistance rolling tread. However, the tread is not without compromise as the wet grip (especially on roads that are only coated with moisture) is sub-standard for low-profile tires. I do drive aggressively, but even slowing down in wet conditions, I often find my car slipping and sliding at intersections. Looking to upgrade to Conti ExtremeContact sports when the tread on these eventually wears off, which might take awhile. Overall, the value of these tires is fairly good, and Continental makes quality products. If you drive conservatively and are looking for value and any measure of a fuel economy boost, these tires are worth considering.
