Initial Review, 1,000 Miles on Tires
Let me preface by stating that the tires being replaced were a brand called "Mastercraft" of which I'd never heard. These are much quieter and smoother. This became immediately evident on the instant MPG display mode, when I take my foot off the gas the number quickly moves up much more so than with the former tire. I assume this is a result of the low rolling resistance or LRR advertised. IE: Driving at 65 on the highway when I lift off the gas the instant MPG display will move from say 23 to 60 or more depending on the grade. Even coasting to a red light locally the reading will move from say 15 to 30 even at 5mph. Until you stop then of course it goes to 0.
