Initial Review, 1,500 Miles on Tires The OEM Bridgestone Turanza EL400-02 are THE worst tire I have ever driven on. Hardly any traction in rain, my wife was afraid to drive the car in the rain or on wet roads. Dry traction was marginal with a harsh and noisy ride. That being said, I was hesitant to buy another set of Bridgestones. I read the reviews and the test on the RE970AS so I decided to give them a shot. This tire matches ever postitive review you read about it on Tire Rack. Very confident handling and braking on wet roads or in a down pour. This tire is extremley quiet and smooth. Even my wife noticed the huge difference. I'm not sure of snow or ice yet, so I will report back later on that. I love these tires so much I wish they they had them in a size big enough for my SUV. You can't go wrong with this tire. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire | ||||
