	Initial Review, 500 Miles on Tires October 20, 2012 Based on all the positive reviews and test results, I replaced the OEM tires (Goodyear Eagle RS-A) with the Potenza RE970AS Pole Position. As expected, the higher load and speed rating (98W vs 94V) resulted in a firmer ride and road imperfections (potholes, etc.) were more noticeable, but the improved handling, tracking and steering response made up for it. Initially, I did experience some "flat-spotting" after the car sat overnight, but the condition is almost nonexistant after one week. Perhaps new tires need a break-in period for stabilization. IMHO, the Potenza RE970AS Pole Position is one of the best Ultra High Performance A/S tires on the market. Bridgestone's "Buy & Try" 30-day satisfaction guarantee makes this a NO RISK decision!
