While I typically purchase high performance Summer tires, I decided to try these as I wanted something that would extend the time I had before having to switch over to my dedicated snow tires.

I have to say that the the the traction attained with these tires(especially in the rain) has been extraordinary. The dry traction and handling is very comparable to that of the ultra high performance summer tires I'm accustomed to buying, So much so that I'd be hard pressed to distinguish between the two without knowing what was on the car. As the milage ratings are considerably higher to that of the dedicated summer tire, I think I've found a real winner with these.
