Initial Review, 26,000 Miles on Tires The Ford Focus is hard on tires, especially the front right. Not being able to rotate the tires from left to right (directional tread) is the only reason I did not consider purchasing another set. Wet traction was amazing, all the way down to the existing 3/32 of tread. Steering response was not as good as Potenza G009s previously used on the car, likely due to the narrower tread width (6.2 vs 6.8). Snow traction was acceptable but not great when new (G009s were much better) and did not degrade significantly as the tire wore, most likely due to the dual layer tread. Fuel economy was as good as other tires used on this car. I am replacing them with Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus. I ordered them Thursday afternoon, and received them next day. I am hoping for the same level of performance with better fuel economy and tire wear. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire | ||||
