I like to toss my car around in turns and take corners sharp. I like responsive handling in a tire. On my practical side, I like a tire that will last and not cost more than $200. When I am not tossing my car around and I want to listen to the music, I appreciate a quieter tire. This tire is the best I have had.
I have run this tire for 25k and it still is not down to the wear bar. Excellent handling throughout its life. In northern CA, we have wet roads in the winter. This tire eats up the puddles on the highway at 80mph even after 20k miles. Dry traction is excellent. I take a tight 360 degree off ramp at 60mph and I know the tire will do more, but I am the limiting factor.
I would buy this tire again, but it is no longer offered in my size. Now I am researching its replacement which will be hard to match in performance, wear and price.
