BFGoodrich Rugged Terrain T/A
Initial Review: 2,500 miles on tires
February 23, 2014

Bought these for my wife's 2013 Explorer Limited. I had to drop down to the base 17 wheel size due to the lack of available snow tires in her 20 wheel size. I've used BF Goodrich on most of my 4x4 trucks and these are certainly the best road tire I've used! I live overseas where marble is used as an aggregate for the roads and these grip the road like no other tire I've used. It handles snow and ice with ease and even grips well in the mud.

The only down side is the road noise. It's not bad at all but you will hear them. After 2500 miles on them it hasn't changed much. Good trade in my opinion for a tire that you can feel confident driving on in bad weather.
