Initial Review, 500 Miles on Tires I recently replaced my prior generation BFG mud terains with this updated design. I was concerned due to some negative reviews on other sights. In my humble opinion any one that negatively reviews these tires probably dosent own a set. The noise level when compared to the old MT is much quieter. Dry pavement traction is excelent. Wet traction is very good, for a mud tire I would say excelent. Steering response is quite good for a mud tire. Mud traction is very good/excelent. Dirt road tracion is very good. Over all I am very pleased with this tire. In all aspects they are a suprising improvement over the prior generation. How they made the classic BFG-MT better might never be fully understood my people that dont sweat vulcanized rubber. And they look great.
