Initial Review, 2,000 Miles on Tires I had a set of KDWS on the car before and enjoyed the all season performance, ran them until they were bald. When I bolted on these tires, ( and I got the optional rear 275/40R17 and new wheels) I was amazed at the grip in the dry. My car is Glued or Magnetized stuck to the road! I don't drive the car in the rain much but got caught in a wet road condition one day. I saw other cars sliding around and am sure I would have been too on a different tire, these tires still felt amazingly stuck to the road! I am always testing the limits of these tires and have not been disappointed yet. The only thing I would say- and it doesn't bother me at all, they are noisey - er than some tires would be. You feel the road with these and hear different pavements too. I think it enhances the driving experience rather than detracts, they are a responsive tire. If you want amazing grip - GET THESE!
