Initial Review, 62,700 Miles on Tires Even though my Expedition allows wimpier tires, I got the D rated tires because I'm an aggressive driver and I wanted the sidewall stability of the D range tires. I got almost 63000 miles on these. I probably could have got another 10 -15K, but winters deep snow forced me to buy another set. I don't have a spare set of wheels for winter tires. I drive 25% gravel, 10% mud, and 65% pavement. I never got a flat with these! These have excellent snow and ice traction until about the last 15 - 20% of the tire is left. I live in N.W. Oregon and when the road turned to a sheet of ice and snowed 8" of wet snow that packs into ice when you drive on it, I could not make it up a 10% incline out of my brother-in-laws 100yd long driveway. Another time I had a set of 265 75R16's on a empty F350 4X4 and pulled a Chevy 2500 4X4 (with nearly bald tires) and a 24' camp trailer up a snowy hill on a logging road with out spinning a tire. You will not regret buying these tires! Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire |
