By now you've probably heard all the hype about the Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Well, you can believe it. After about a year on the market, it didn't take long for the tire to simply dominate the Max Performance Summer category. I have to give credit where credit is due and say that this may be the best tire Michelin has ever produced. Recently, during a test drive here at Tire Rack, I was reminded of how great this tire is. We were comparing this tire against some newer tires and nothing could beat it. It simply has the best wet and dry grip, cornering stability and steering response over the other tires we tested.

The tire is a pleasure to drive on and provides a very smooth and relatively quiet ride. Additionally, the Michelin Pilot Super Sport is offered with a 30,000-mile treadlife warranty, which is simply unheard of in the Max Performance Summer category.
