The Continental ContiComfortKit is a powerful, high-volume, 12-volt air compressor, with an integral pressure gauge and a latex liquid tire sealant packaged in a compact (7"X9.5"X3.7"), lightweight (5 pounds) unit that is easy to store. When used, you can drive up to 125 miles on the temporary repair at speeds up to 50 miles per hour and the best part is if the tire can be repaired, it can be returned to normal service once repaired.

If your vehicle did not come with a compact spare option from the factory, you more than likely will not be able to find a wheel that will work. I would recommend you double check with your Chevrolet dealer just to be sure. If they do have a compact wheel available, it will probably be quite costly, so checking with a salvage company (junk yard) might yield a low cost option.
Finally, if you can find a wheel and the compact tire size recommended by Chevrolet, I am confident we would be able to help with a compact tire!
