Which Ultra High Performance All-Season tires should I buy?

Thursday, July 8, 2010 by Gary Stanley
My top three favorites Ultra High Performance All-Season tires for BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and other high performance cars are:
Bridgestone
Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position

Pilo Sport AS
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus

Advan
Yokohama Advan S4

All three tires are fantastic choices with subtle differences among them. The RE960AS is the smoothest and quietest riding of the three and gives the best light snow and wet traction. The Michelin Sport A/S Plus rides a bit more firmly, but has faster steering response for a sportier feel. The Yokohama is well-rounded and falls in between the Bridgestone and Michelin in regards to ride and handling.

Still undecided? Read consumer survey results, reviews and test results at Tire Rack. While you are there, you can also check pricing and availability. Plus, you can get your new tires shipped directly to you or one of our independent Recommended Installers.
