Testing Max Performance Summer Tires

Wednesday, September 29, 2010 by Henry Carlson
This week I tested the Continental ExtremeContact DW, the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric, the Kumho Ecsta LE Sport and the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 Max Performance Summer tires.

The Goodyear and the Kumho had the stiffest ride and the Michelin and Continental had a fairly decent ride considering that they are Max Performance Summer tires.

The Kumho was the noisest of the four but it wasn't bad. The Michelin was the best in the area of handling which is suprising since it also had a decent ride.

My first choice would be the Michelin followed by the Continental, then the Goodyear and finally the Kumho.
